Location/Directions
It’s easy to get to the Iron Mountain Tramway. From Aspen, take Highway 82 to Glenwood Springs, crossing over I-70 and making a left at the light onto 6th Street. After 1/3 a mile, turn left on Devereux and immediately right onto Two Rivers Plaza Road. From I-70, take exit 116. Go north to the stoplight and follow the directions as above to the Tramway.

Hours/Seasons
The tram is open during the summer. Weekends 10am-6pm and weekdays 10am-5pm.
Fees/Cost
Cost to ride the tram is $16 for adults and $11 for children. Get both a tram ride and cave tour for $29 for adults and $24 for children.

After a seven-minute, 4,300-foot-long ride to the top, you can grab a bite to eat at the restaurant or grille, ride the rides, take a tour of the caverns or just marvel at the views.
This tramway was built without cutting any trees, in order to preserve the environment.
